To facilitate the reopening of closed road at designated times, checkpoints will be set up at different locations along the course. Participants who fail to reach the designated checkpoints at specific times will be asked by race officials to leave the course and board the official bus to the assembly point (AsiaWorld-Expo). Important Point to Note for Registration
  • Participants must fill in the personal particulars consistent with the identification documents (HKID Card, Passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser) during registration.
  • If any discrepancies are found between the identification documents and the personal particulars printed on the Race Bib, or the participants present the identification documents or Race Bibs belong to others on the race day, the concerned participants will not be allowed to enter any part of the race venue and thus not be allowed to participate in the race.
Estimated Finishing Time
  • Assignment to a race category and start time in which a participant shall compete shall be made by the Organiser at its sole discretion. In order to assist the Organiser in making such an assignment, estimated finishing time should be provided by the applicant.
  • Applicants are required to honestly provide their Estimated Finishing Time.

  • Participants must bring the original ID card, passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser with the same information as at registration and Race Bib (with the Timing Chips) on Race Day. If a participant cannot present any of the above items, he / she will not be allowed to participate in the competition.

  • The 10km entry fee includes the official transportation from the designated pick-up points in various locations to the designated assembly point on race day.
  • Runners can choose their shuttle bus pick up point at the time of registration. Once the shuttle bus pick up point is submitted and payment is completed, the runner cannot amend the shuttle bus pick up point.
  • Participants are advised to arrive at their selected shuttle bus pick up point prior to the official shuttle bus departure time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. No alternative transportation to the designated assembly point will be arranged for any participants who fail to board the bus.
Finisher Souvenir Finisher Medal and e-Certificate will be distributed / issued to participants who finish the race within the time limit.

Official Competition Rules

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person from and nullify his / her result of the Event and further to forbid and prohibit such person from participating in future races, competitions and events organised by the Organiser including but not limited to future Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon if a participant is found by the Organiser to have violated or committed any of the following Official Rules:

Eligibility

  • Entries, bibs, and timing chips are non-transferable. Violation will result in disqualification and no refund of entry fee will be entertained.
  • The Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates Limited (“the Organiser”) reserves the right to disqualify, exclude any person from the race, and to take disciplinary action to applicants who provide incorrect personal data / details on the entry form, including those who have been banned from competitions under the World Athletics (WA) jurisdiction, or who have been suspected of having taken banned substances. No refund of entry fee will be entertained under any circumstance.
  • All successfully registered participants are required to report to the designated assembly point at the specified time on the race day and complete identity verification before boarding the transportation arranged by the Organiser to the race venue. Failure to present valid identification documents on the day, or any mismatch between the participants' documents and the registration information, will result in disqualification from the race.
  • Participants who are with infants, children aged under 16 or who do not wear the valid bib for the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon 2026 are not allowed to enter the race course. Those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the course immediately.
  • Participants will be disqualified if they do not start at the designated race category and start time assigned by the Organiser. No result and certificate will be issued to those participants.

En-Route

  • No pets or any form of wheel-run objects of transport, e.g. wheelchair, bicycles, skates, trolleys, shoes with built-in or attached rollers, etc, are allowed on the course.
  • Participants must not use any external auxiliary equipment in the race (except prosthetic limb(s)).
  • Participants must retire and leave the race course immediately, if requested to do so by any member of the race officials, medical staff, race director, referees or security staff.
  • For winners or potential winners wishing to appeal the results, appeals must be submitted in writing to the Result Referee at the finish area, with a deposit of HKD800 or USD100 within 30 minutes after the official result announcement. The deposit will be forfeited if the appeal is not successful or is withdrawn. The Organiser reserves the right not to entertain any dispute or appeal submitted thereafter.
  • For non-winners, any disputes regarding their personal results must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the results are announced on the official website.

General

  • The participant commits or attempts to commit any act which is in violation of the laws of HKSAR, including the National Security Law and Safeguarding National Security Ordinance.
  • The participant carries out or attempts to carry out any kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda at the Event or other venues or areas relating to the Event.
  • Participant's act is contrary to the interest of national security.
  • Dangerous / prohibited goods (i.e. offensive weapons, flammable, explosive agents or materials / objects which obstruct other participants, etc) are strictly prohibited. Those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the course immediately and such cases might be reported to the Law Enforcement Agency.

Languages

The Organiser has the sole and final right to decide and determine whether any of the above Rules has been breached, violated or performed. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.

Priority Entry

The following individuals are eligible to register for the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon 2026:

  • The top 3 participants in each age category of the Half Marathon Challenge at the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon 2024/25.
  • Applicants of this category must meet the following corresponding time standards (Net Time) in any recognised races listed below which are organised or sanctioned by the Organiser or World Athletics (WA) or Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) between 1 January 2025 and 31 May 2026.
  • All eligible applicants must submit their application through the official online registration system from 11 June 2026 (Thursday) 2pm to 15 June 2026 (Monday) 12nn.
  • An applicant must submit proof confirming the results (except the local races organised / sanctioned by the Organiser) to the Organiser at the time when he / she submits his / her application. The entry will only be confirmed after relevant proofs have been verified by the Organiser.
  • Applicants registered through Priority Entry can only enter the Challenge Race of their selected distance (Half Marathon, 10km).
  • If the number of eligible entries for the Priority Entry exceeds the quota for the corresponding Challenge Race after registration closes, the Organiser will determine the acceptance list by ranking the applicants according to the application ratio of gender and their submitted results and accepting those with better result.
  • If the registration result of an applicant is unsuccessful, he / she must submit another entry via Public Ballot from 18 June 2026 (Thursday) 2pm to 2 July 2026 (Thursday) 12nn.

The Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates Limited (“the Organiser”) has the right to verify and request for verification of the age of participants before, during and after the Event.

An applicant must submit proof confirming the results (except the local races organised / sanctioned by the Organiser listed above) to the Organiser at the time when he / she submits his / her application. The entry will only be confirmed after relevant proofs have been verified by the Organiser.

Applicants registered through the Priority Entry can only enter the Challenge Race of their selected distance (Half Marathon, 10km). In case applicants wish to enter a non-Challenge race, they should apply for such a race via Public Ballot.

An applicant failing to provide results at the time of application will be treated as an incomplete application and such application will no longer be processed. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the submitted proof, disqualify, and take disciplinary action against any applicant who submits false, untrue or invalid information.

If the number of eligible entries for the Priority Entry exceeds the quota for the corresponding Challenge Race after registration closes, the Organiser will determine the acceptance list by ranking the applicants according to the application ratio of gender and their submitted results and accepting those with better result. Results of the Priority Entry will be notified by emails to all applicants from 10am on 18 June 2026 (Thursday). Applicants may also log in onto the Runner Dashboard to check their result thereafter.

The Organiser also reserves the right to contact and interview any applicant by phone or through other means in order to obtain additional information required to substantiate his / her application.

Acceptance of Entries (Public Ballot)

All Public Ballot Entries will be determined by drawing lots.

Results of the first-round balloting will be available at 10am on 7 July 2026 (Tuesday). A notification email will be sent to applicants by email. Applicants may also log in onto their Runner Dashboard to check their entry status thereafter.

Results of the second-round balloting will be available at 10am on 17 July 2026 (Friday). A notification email will be sent to the applicants on the waiting list from the first-round of balloting. Applicants may also log in onto the Runner Dashboard to check their latest entry status thereafter.

No enquirers, whether by phone, e-mail or in writing, of entry status will be entertained before the announcement of the balloting results.

An applicant must ensure that his / her designated email is correct, valid, can receive notification from the Organiser and will continue to be in use. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for an applicant's failure to receive email notifications by providing an invalid or incorrect email address.

Assignment to a race category and start time in which a participant shall compete shall be made by the Organiser at its sole discretion. In order to assist the Organiser in making such an assignment, estimated finishing time should be provided by the applicant. No requests for a change of race distance, race category or start time will be entertained by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to take disciplinary action and disqualify any participant who fails to start in his / her designated race distance, race category or start time.

Security Arrangement

Participants must fill in the personal particulars consistent with the identification documents (HKID Card, Passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser) during registration. Relevant personal information will be transferred to the relevant Department of Government of the HKSAR for the use of application of Closed Area Permit and security checking.

Participants should present their identification documents to the official to verify the personal particulars printed on the race bib and identification documents are identical. during Runner's Pack Collection.

If any discrepancies are found between the identification documents and the personal particulars printed on the race bib, or the participants present the identification documents or race bibs belong to others on the race day, the concerned participants will not be allowed to enter any part of the race venue and thus not be allowed to participate in the race.

Participants must bring the original HKID card, passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser with the same information as at registration, event wristband, and race bib (with the timing chips) on race day. If a participant cannot present any of the above items, he / she will not be allowed to participate in the competition.

Participants must arrive at the designated assembly point within the designated time period of each group. Latecomers will not be able to participate the race and will be disqualified, and no entry fee will be refunded.

Participants must join the race according to the designated race category and start time. Otherwise, he / she will not be allowed to participate in the race and relevant results will be disqualified, and no result certificate and finisher medal will be awarded.

Entries, race bibs and Timing Chips are non-transferable. Upon discovery of such irregularities, participants concerned will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to forbid and prohibit such person from participating in future races, competitions and events organised by the Organiser.

Participants must wear race bibs until race completed and returned to the assembly venue. Any participant who is found removing his / her race bib without valid reasons or not under the directions of the officials, the Organiser will disqualify his or her entries or relevant results.

Instructions given by the Organiser and race officials must be followed with respect to all matters not provided herein. The Organiser reserves the right to reject the concerned participants to participate in the competition.

Entry Fee

The entry fees of each race category are listed below:

  • Local Participant – A holder of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and registers using the Hong Kong Identity Card.
  • Non-Local Participant – Any person who does not qualify as a Local Participant.
  • The 10km entry fee includes the official transportation from the designated pick-up points in various locations to the designated assembly point on race day.

It is the sole responsibility of an applicant to ensure that payment of the entry fee is made through the official payment channel designated by the Organiser before the payment deadline. No reminder for payment will be made to any applicant. No request for extension of time for payment or change of payment method will be entertained. Applicants who fail to pay the entry fee before the payment deadline will be deemed to have withdrawn the applications and such applications will no longer be processed. Save as provided below, entry fee, once submitted, is non-reversible and non-refundable. No application shall be considered as completed until the appropriate entry fee has been received by the Organiser.

An applicant can only withdraw and request for a refund due to medical reasons. Such request for refund must be made in writing (via email to hzmb-halfmarathon@hkaaa.com) on or before 14 November 2026 (Saturday) 11pm to Race Registration and Runners' Communication Office, along with relevant medical documents issued by a medical practitioner (registered with The Medical Council of Hong Kong or Overseas Governmental medical authorities). An administration charge of HKD 100 will be deducted from each refund, and the remaining entry fee will be refunded to the registrant's credit card / payment account that have been used for payment two months after the Event.

Duplicate Entries

An applicant can only submit one application for the races to be held on the same day unless he / she is an unsuccessful applicant for the Priority Entry, in which case, he / she can submit one further application for the Public Ballot. In case of violations, duplicate applications or registrations will be rejected or cancelled by the Organiser without prior notice. No entry fee will be refunded and redemption of the Runner's Pack will not be entertained.

Terms & Conditions and Official Rules

Upon submitting his / her application and payment of the entry fee, an applicant declares that he / she agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions, the Official Competition Rules and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organiser from time to time.

Physical Conditions

Participants should be aware of and understand the risks involved in taking part in the Event and acknowledge the degree of fitness required to take part therein.

Any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not participate in the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to disallow / disqualify any person who is known to have the above condition. The Organiser, at its sole discretion, also has the right to suspend any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Event.

All participants are urged to seek medical advice of their physical condition before participating in the Event. All participants are required to submit a “Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners” declaring for the compliance of the associated health requirement when he / she submits his / her application in the Event. By submitting his / her application to take part in the Event, and subsequently taking part in the Event, a participant

  • warrants and confirms to the Organiser that he / she is physically fit to participate in and complete his / her race without any medical or other assistance; and
  • agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from
  • any injury or death suffered by the participant himself / herself or any other persons; and
  • any damage to property as a result of him / her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race.

All participants must read and complete the “Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners” before the registration and the race. Participants should also understand there might be a chance that their physical conditions may not be suitable for participating in the race. All participants who have answered a “Yes” to any of the questions on the “Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners” are strongly recommended to consult for medical advice by phone or in person. Such participants should only join the race if their doctor advises that their physical condition is fit to participate without risks.

Runner's Pack Collection

Participants should collect their Runner's Pack according to the specified date and time. Should any participants fail to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke participants' right to collect the Runner's Pack (including race Bib) without prior notice.

Participants must provide the identity document (as same as used for registration) to official for verification of personal information. Should any participants fail to present the relevant identity documents, the Organiser will revoke participants' right to collect the Runner's Pack (including race bib).

Route Alteration

The Organiser reserves the right to change or alter any parts of the running route before and during the race without prior notice in the event of unexpected weather conditions, road conditions or emergency. A race may be temporarily suspended for emergency or any other incidents during the race. In the event of emergency or any incident, participants must follow the instructions of race officials or any law enforcement officers on site. No part of the entry fee shall be refundable to participants by reason of any change of or alteration to the running routes.

Instructions Given by Race Officials

Instructions given by the Organiser and race officials must be followed with respect to all matters not provided herein. The Organiser reserves the right to reject applications of a participant who has refused to follow instructions of the race officials for all future Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathons or races organised by the Organiser.

General Rules

Race officials reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the racecourse immediately, in case he / she is found using any external auxiliary equipment during the race, except for prosthetic limb(s).

Participation in the Event is personal to the applicant and all applicants are strictly prohibited from swapping, selling, auctioning, transferring or offering to swap, sell, auction or transfer their successful entry or their place in the Event or allow or permit any other person to wear their bib number allocated to them. Any breach of this rule shall render the entry void and both the guilty applicant and the substituted participant shall be subject to disciplinary action by the Organiser including exclusion from participation in future races organised by the Organiser.

Results

Official Times and Net Times will be provided to participants who have completed in the designated races within the specified time limit with valid race bibs. Split Times may be provided and if so, they are for reference only.

Age Categories (Only applicable for Challenge Races)

If the number of entries of a particular age group is less than 10, the participants of that age group will combine with the younger age group.

Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any person from and nullify his / her result of the Event and further to forbid and prohibit such person from participating in future races, competitions and events organised by the Organiser including but not limited to future Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathons if a participant is found to have violated, breached or failed to perform any Laws or Regulations of HKSAR, World Athletics (WA) Competition Rules or the Official Competition and House Rules set for the Event. The Organiser shall not be obliged to refund any entry fee under any of such circumstances.

Awards, Finisher Medal and Certificates

Only participants of the Half Marathon Challenge and 10km Challenge races will be entitled to compete for awards. Official Times will be used to determine the positions of each race.

Participants who fill in their valid HKAAA Registered Athletes Number at the time of registration will have their results (Official Time) recognised for Hong Kong Ranking and Record purpose.

Finisher Medal and Certificates of Achievement will be issued to participants with Official Times in all races and categories.

Participants failing to start the race in the designated start time, in the assigned race category, or failing to complete the race (including participants boarding the Official Bus), shall not be entitled to any awards, certificates or finisher medals.

Event Cancellation

Should the Event be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser or in the case of a Force Majeure resulting in the Event being cancelled within 14 days before the scheduled date of the Event i.e. 2 November 2026, Monday, no refund will be made, otherwise, a refund of 50% of the entry fee paid by an applicant will be made. The Organiser shall have no other responsibilities and / or liabilities in relation to the cancellation of the Event.

Force Majeure

Includes and is not limited to the Organiser being unable to perform its obligations or organise or hold the Event due to fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disaster or act of God; or due to protest, riot, civil disobedience, uprising, march, revolt, assembly, demonstration, occupation, commotion, mass gathering, war, insurrection, sabotage, pandemic, epidemic, or terrorist attack or the likelihood of such event or act. A reduction of the approved quota by the Hong Kong SAR Government or an imposition of any contagious disease measures by the Hong Kong SAR Government which are more stringent than those already approved by the Hong Kong SAR Government shall be deemed to be a Force Majeure.

Weather

The Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning signal no. 3 or above, or a red or black rainstorm signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 2am or thereafter on the race day (i.e. 15 November 2026, Sunday). Please pay special attention to the weather forecast the night before the Event as it will indicate whether tropical cyclone warning signals, red or black rainstorm signals are likely to be hoisted in the forthcoming period. Please follow updates on the radio or TV announcements regarding the status of the Event from 2am onwards on the Event Day.

Languages

Terms and Conditions are in Chinese and English. In the case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret and amend the Terms and Conditions and the Official Competition and House Rules and other rules and regulations as it sees fit from time to time.

Registration Procedures

How can I register for the event?
Runners can register for the race by submitting an online registration, which contains their personal details, contact information, emergency contact details and Estimated Finishing Time. All runners must provide an email address when they register. Each email address and HKID Card / Passport / Travel Document number can only be used for registration ONCE.

Can I register more than once?

If my name includes a middle name, do I need to provide it during registration?
Yes. Participants must fill in the personal particulars consistent with the identification documents (HKID Card, Passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser) during registration. Therefore, if your name includes a middle name, please ensure it is filled out completely and in the correct order in the "English First Name (including Middle Name if any)" field on the registration form.
What should I do if I find that I have entered incorrect personal information during registration?
Participants may log in to their Runner Dashboard to verify their registered personal information (including English full name, Identification Document number, and gender). If the registered personal information is incorrect, please contact the Registrations and Runners' Communications Office on or before 21 July 2026 (Tuesday) by calling (852) 2177 2522 or emailing hzmb-halfmarathon@hkaaa.com to request an amendment. Please note that no requests for a change of Start Time and T-shirt size will be entertained by the Organiser. If any discrepancies are found between the identification documents and the personal particulars printed on the race bib, or the participants present the identification documents or race bibs belong to others on the race day, the concerned participants will not be allowed to enter any part of the race venue and thus not be allowed to participate in the race.
May I choose the start time and race category?
No. Registrants can only choose the distance they want to enter, and it cannot be amended once the registration is completed. The Organiser will assign the runners to a designated start time. The Estimated Finishing Time provided by the registrants in their registration will be one of the criteria for the assignment of race. No request for any change to another category, race or start time will be entertained by the Organiser.
How can I confirm that my registration has been received by the registration system?
An Application Acknowledgement Email will be sent to your registered email once your registration is submitted. A registrant must ensure that his / her designated email is correct, valid, can receive notification from the Organiser and will continue to be in use. If you do not receive any notification messages, you may log into the Runner Dashboard to check your contact information. If you experience any system errors, please call (852) 2177 2522.
Can I carry over my entry until the next Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon?

Registration and Acceptance (Priority Entry)

What is Priority Entry?
Priority Entry is to facilitate the registration of runners who achieved results that meet the specific time standards (Net Time) in designated races and period. The Organiser accepts results achieved by runners in recognised races between 1 January 2025 and 31 May 2026. Applicants registered through the Priority Entry can only enter the Challenge Race of their selected distance (Half Marathon, 10km). In case applicants wish to enter a non-Challenge race, they should apply for such a race via Public Ballot.
What are the time standards for Priority Entry?
The following individuals are eligible to register for the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon 2026 via Priority Entry: • The top 3 participants in each age category of the Half Marathon Challenge at the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HK Section) Half Marathon 2024/25. • Applicants of this category must meet the following corresponding time standards (Net Time) in any recognised races listed below which are organised or sanctioned by the Organiser or World Athletics (WA) or Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) between 1 January 2025 and 31 May 2026.

Age Group of runners shall be calculated as of Race Day (count by Date of Birth).

Can I use a qualifying result from a Marathon race to register for the Half Marathon Challenge / 10km Challenge through Priority Entry?
Yes. The Organiser accepts qualifying results from Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10km races as valid proof of results for applications to both the Half Marathon Challenge and the 10km Challenge.
How do I submit my qualified result?
If your submitted proof was achieved in the local races organised / sanctioned by the Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates (HKAAA), you may select the name of the race, race distance, and year of the race, then input your bib number and personal result of the race directly in the registration system. If your personal result was achieved in other races sanctioned by World Athletics (WA) or Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), you are required to upload the supporting document of your personal result (i.e. Certificate with result) to the registration system for verification by the Organiser. Supporting documents for Priority Entry must be submitted during the registration and before the registration deadline. A registrant failing to provide results at the time of application will be treated as incomplete registration and such registration will no longer be processed.
Are all runners eligible for Challenge Race via Priority Entry?
No. If the number of eligible entries for the Priority Entry exceeds the quota for the corresponding Challenge Race after registration closes, the Organiser will determine the acceptance list by ranking the registrants according to the application ratio of gender and their submitted results and accepting those with better result. An unsuccessful registrant can consider submitting another entry via Public Ballot from 18 June 2026 (Thursday) 2pm to 2 July 2026 (Thursday) 12nn.
Is there any waiting list for Priority Entry?
No. There is no waiting list for Priority Entry.

Registration and Acceptance (Public Ballot)

If I miss the payment deadline of the first-round Public Ballot, can I enter the second-round Public Ballot?
No. Registrants who fail to complete the payment within the payment period will be considered as forfeiting the entry.

Runner's Pack Collection

Participants should present their identification documents to the official to verify the personal particulars printed on the race bib and identification documents are identical during Runner's Pack Collection.

What should I bring to collect the Runner's Pack?
After making a reservation, you should collect your Runner's Pack according to the specified date and time with the following items: • Confirmation email of the Runner's Pack collection online reservation ("reservation confirmation") • Runner's Pack Collection Email (with QR code embedded) • HKID card / Passport / other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser (True Copy) (with the same information as at registration)
Am I only allowed to collect my Runner's Pack at the reserved Runner's Pack collection date and time?
Yes. Participants should collect their Runner's Pack according to the specified date and time. Should any participants fail to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke participants' right to collect the Runner's Pack (including race Bib) without prior notice.
Would it be possible to authorise another person to pick up my Runner's Pack on my behalf?
No. Pick up by proxy will NOT be accepted by the Organiser.
Would it be possible to send the Runner's Pack to me by post?
No. Participants must collect their Runner's Pack in person.
Would it be possible to change the size of T-shirt?
No. Runners can choose their size of T-shirt at the time of registration. Once the size of T-shirt is submitted, the runner cannot amend the size of T-shirt.
If I did not receive or have lost my Runner's Pack Collection Email, what can I do?
Registrants can login to Runner Dashboard via the official website to download the Collection Email.
Can I purchase a print copy of the Runner's Guide when I pick up the Runner's Pack?
To work towards a greener event, the Organiser will not distribute hard copies of the Runner's Guide (Event Handbook) at the venue. Participants may download the e-version on the official website.

The Organiser will provide official shuttle buses from various districts across Hong Kong to transport 10km participants to the Assembly Venue.
What is the transportation fee for 10km participants taking the official shuttle buses provided by the Organiser to the Assembly Venue?
The 10km entry fee includes the official transportation from the designated pick-up points in various locations to the designated assembly point on race day.
How do 10km participants apply for the official shuttle bus?
10km participants must select their official shuttle bus pick up point at the time of registration. If a participant does not select an official shuttle bus pick up point during registration, he / she will be deemed as not requiring the official shuttle bus service and must arrange their own transport to the Assembly Venue.
Can I change or make a late selection for my official shuttle bus pick up point?
No. Once the shuttle bus pick up point is submitted and payment is completed, the runner cannot amend the shuttle bus pick up point.
What should I pay attention to when taking the official shuttle bus for 10km participants?
Participants are advised to arrive at their selected shuttle bus pick up point prior to the official shuttle bus departure time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. Participants should present their race bib to the official for verification before boarding the official shuttle buses. No alternative transportation to the designated Assembly Venue will be arranged for any participants who fail to board the bus.
What are the transportation arrangements for Half Marathon participants?
Half Marathon participants must arrange their own transportation to the Assembly Venue. Please refer to the Special Transport Arrangement which will be announced in the Runner's Guide prior to Race Day.
What should I bring with me on Race Day?
Participants must bring the following items on Race Day: • Original HKID card, passport or other Travel Document accepted by the Organiser (with the same information as at registration) • Race bib (with the timing chips) If a participant cannot present any of the above items, he / she will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
If I am unable to arrive at the Assembly Venue before the Assembly Venue Entrance Cut-off Time of my designated start time, can I start at the next run?
No. Participants must arrive at the designated Assembly Venue within the designated time period of each group. Latecomers will not be able to participate in the race and will be disqualified, and no entry fee will be refunded.
Can I take other means of transportation to the Start Area?
All participants must take the Official Bus to the Start Area. There is no alternative method for the participants to access the Start Area. All participants must undergo designated security check and identification verification at the Assembly Venue before boarding the Official Bus to the Start Area.

General Information

Is the Race covered by any insurance?
Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Organiser. Participants are advised to take up their own personal or other insurance policies separately, if necessary. All participants are urged to seek medical advice of their physical condition before participating in the Event. All participants must read and complete the "Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners" before the registration and the race. Participants should also understand there might be a chance that their physical conditions may not be suitable for participating in the race. Is there any public cheering zone for spectators / supporters?
No. No spectator zones or public cheering zones will be set up at the race zones. Public will not be allowed to enter the restricted area in the AsiaWorld-Expo and race course on Race Day.
